Shopping List

  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 2/3 cup of dark brown sugar
  • 3 1/2 tbsp. of brandy
  • 1/2 tsp. of vanilla
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 bananas (chopped)
  • Vanilla bean ice cream

Instructions

  • Melt butter and brown sugar in saute pan until it lightly bubbles.
  • Add bananas and carmelize.
  • Deglaze pan with brandy and vanilla and flambe.
  • Serve over vanilla bean ice cream.
